InspectCap is Diginspect's first inspection photo specific solution. It is not a bloated generic bridge management system or comlpex photo editing software. It is a highly focused, two-part utility (an offline mobile field app + a local desktop processing engine) built exclusively to solve one problem: turning messy field photos and fragmented caption notes into perfectly organized, captioned photo logs in minutes instead of hours.

The Problem with Digitized Office Forms: Most conventional software is structured around static paper forms. In the field this turns a mobile device into a tedious obstacle course of menus, sub-menus, scrolling, and pick-lists. When you are dangling under a deck in an inspection basket, facing strict time constraints, or unpredictable weather, you simply don't have time for digitized paper forms.
Strict Engineering Data Compliance Client data privacy is paramount. InspectCap is built as an offline-first mobile capture app paired with a local desktop processing engine. Field photos and captions stay on the mobile device and the desktop post-processing engine runs locally on your machine with zero mandatory cloud storage or external data exposure. Your client data never leaves your control.
Built by an Inspector, for Inspectors Diginspect was founded by a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) and bridge inspector with thousands of hours of firsthand experience. We intimately understand the friction of poor field data capture. Our mission is to create better digital tools to elevate the speed and quality of critical field data capture and drastically increase worklfow efficiency for infrastructure professionals.
